Nice Ending. Great Author

Summary

In this week’s reading, Damian Cray and Yassen Gregorovich take Alex and Sabina to the airport to complete the Eagle strike, which Alex did not know what it was. When they arrive into the airport, they find the United States president´s plane. Damian enter with some of his guard enter this gigantic plane and take it. In side Damian, complete the eagle strike by launching the USA nuclear missiles. Alex and Damian start to fight and Damian trip and fall of the plane in move and he ended his days in the plane turbine. The plane start to stop and the police arrive and when the missiles were about to return from the atmosphere he press the button Self Destruct and he save millions of people. At the end Yassen, tell Alex that his dad was a killer and they used to work together killing for money.

Interesting Thoughts though out the Book

“Strange though it may seem, I am now in control of just about all the nuclear missiles in the United States. Isn´t that fun?” (Horowitz 225)

When I first read this quote, I understood why the hard drive was so important and the amount of power this man have. By telling, that he is control of all the US missiles the reader can understands that the world is in danger and that Damian Cray is crazy.

“Not a spy, no, Alex. He was a killer. Like me. He was the very best. The best in the world. I knew him when I was nineteen. He taught me many things.”(Horowitz 247).

Whoa. I cannot believe that a spy father can be a killer. Maybe the author is trying to show how can a kid change and not be a bad person but instead be a better one.

Final Ideas and Conclusions

This story was really good, I like it a lot. I will recommend this book to everybody who like spy stuff and suspense. I really like this author: Horowitz because the two books I have read from him have being really good. My rating to this book is a 4 out of 5 stars because it was good but not awesome.
